As a Chartered Toastmasters Club, Tunbridge Wells Speakers holds its Annual General Meeting in June to vote for a new committee with effect from 1st July.
All paid up members are eligible for nomination.
Ideally everyone will serve at least one term as a club officer. This is a valuable part of leadership development and ensures the club has a regular injection of fresh ideas and energy.
It's an excellent opportunity to start on the Leadership track of the Toastmasters International education programme, and you'll receive training and support organised by the Area Governor.
