Prior to 2004, the West Kent/East Sussex region was a blank spot on the worldwide map of Toastmasters speaking clubs, a fact which I found rather baffling.
Deciding to rectify the situation, I teamed up with fellow enthusiast Alan Collins, and together we set about establishing the Tunbridge Wells Speakers club.
I live in Rotherfield (a few miles south of Tunbridge Wells), am happily married, and have two grown-up sons.
I’m a professional Hypnotherapist with a practice in Rotherfield (www.christopher-stone.org.uk), and when I’m not working or participating at Toastmasters, I can be found playing beautiful music (or making a racket, depending on your point of view) with my band, Danny and the Seniors.
