Who are we?
Tunbridge Wells Speakers Club is part of Toastmasters International, which started in 1924 and has grown to become the world’s leading organization helping people conquer their pre-speech jitters. Five million men and women have enjoyed the benefits of membership. The non-profit organization now has more than 270,000 members in about 13,000 clubs in 116 countries. In Britain and Ireland there are more than 7,000 members in about 250 clubs.

What do we do?
Meeting in Tunbridge Wells on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, our local members progress through a series of 10 speaking assignments to develop basic skills in public speaking. To get a better idea of what goes on in our meetings please see the report of our last meeting. |

Join us for an entertaining evening featuring 3 prepared speeches in the first half followed by impromptu speaking mayhem in the second part. Guests are very welcome.
